When you only see the next PM after the last one is finished, planning gets crunchy. Antero Work Forecast shows upcoming scheduled work so supervisors can plan around vacations, outages, and big projects—and now you can create work orders right from the forecast view. That means crews see work sooner and weeks run smoother.
What Antero Work Forecast does
- Lists upcoming scheduled work based on your work templates.
- Lets you create those future work orders directly from the forecast screen.
- Helps you check load by date, user, or maintenance group before the week begins.
When to use Antero Work Forecasting
- You’re balancing staff time across critical PMs.
- You need to see what’s coming due next week or next month.
- You want to build work early so techs can prep parts and tools.
Quick workflow
- Open Work Forecast in Antero.
- Filter by date range, work type, asset, or maintenance group.
- Review load—sort by due date; group by user or group to spot spikes.
- Create work orders for the items you want released now.
- Distribute and track—assign to users/groups and monitor status like any other WO.
Tips that save time
- Save a layout (e.g., “Next 14 days by group”) so your forecast opens ready to scan.
- After creation, use Distribution to email or print packets for each crew.
- Pair the forecast with Calendar to spot conflicts and drag unplanned work to new dates.
This feature gives you a clear view of what’s next—and the control to build work before the crunch hits.
