How long have you worked at AllMax?
I have been a member of the AllMax team since 2025.
What do you love most about your job/working at AllMax?
I love working with the people. The people in the wastewater industry are so great and interesting to learn more about it. They are happy to share about their craft and always treat me politely.
What do you think sets AllMax apart in your field?
Our customer service! The ability to have a phone call answered and problem resolved so quickly is special. How many places have you called and gotten a human to answer the phone?
What inspired you to join the AllMax team?
A friend of mine was on the team and had worked for AllMax for years. I had never met a person who liked their job more. I also had a job that I didn’t like, and he always talked about the great people he worked with and how he loved what he did. So when a spot opened up, I applied.
What do you think is your biggest contribution to the AllMax team?
A friendly personality and the ability to connect with clients. Having the same background of hard work, quality inspections, and just understanding what they have to go through in their everyday work life I can appreciate and bring that connection to working on the software together. Whether an in-person training event or just on the phone.
What’s your favorite memory from working at AllMax?
The ability to find a solution to a problem for the customers really gets me excited. To hear their appreciation for when an issue that is affecting how they do their job is resolved makes me really happy to be here for them.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love cruising and the bite-sized sampling of different cultures you can get going from port to port. I also enjoy hiking around Ohio and other parts of the United States.
Describe an interesting hobby or pastime that you have.
I very much enjoy cats. I even chose a cruise last year to San Juan to visit the Parque de los Gatos where you can interact with many cats. It was a great and unique experience.
