Antero grid layouts: save time with custom views in Equipment, Work, and Parts

Antero grid layouts help you organize Equipment, Work, History, and Parts the way you work. Group and filter columns, add fields via Column Chooser, auto-size with Best Fit, and save your layout as the default. Create work orders from assets, retire equipment without losing history, and clone similar records to stay consistent.
Antero grid layouts

Antero grid layouts make everyday work faster. You can group, filter, and reorder columns across Equipment, Work Management, Work History, and Parts—then save your layout so it’s there every time you open the screen. When you’re deep into a project, it’s easy to revert to your saved view and keep moving.

What you can do in the grids

  • Use the search bar modes to find items by “starts with” or “contains” text.
  • Drag a column header to group by department, location, or any field.
  • Right-click Column Chooser to add or remove fields like purchase date or life expectancy.
  • Apply Filter Rules (e.g., contains) and quick sorts.
  • Click Best Fit to auto-size columns so text is readable.
  • Save the layout as your default and restore it anytime.

Equipment extras you might be missing

  • Create a work order directly from a selected asset.
  • Retire equipment to keep history but remove it from the active list; toggle “include retired” to view it.
  • Add Similar to clone an asset (keep instruments, parts, work templates), then adjust details like location.

Antero grid layouts put the fields you care about front-and-center, reduce clicks, and make it easier to act—whether you’re scheduling, reviewing, or ordering parts.
