Antero mobile sync and admin options help teams send the right work to the field, keep entries organized while crews are out, and make sure clean, complete records return to the office. You decide which work orders go out, when to pull results back in, and how returned items should be routed—so the handoff is predictable instead of ad-hoc.
How mobile sync works (high level)
- In Work Management, select the work orders you want available in the field. Use your normal filters and views to narrow the list, then choose only what needs to go.
- Upload those selected items to the mobile environment (hosted by AllMax). That makes the work accessible for field entry.
- At day’s end, use Download Ready to bring back completed work orders, along with any new work created from the field during the shift. The sync updates the database so office and field stay in step.
Admin options that support your flow
- In Database Options, choose where completed mobile work orders go (for example, to Review first for a manager pass, or directly to History) and set the default status they should receive when they return.
- Set Create Through Days for scheduled templates so you generate a planning window that matches how far ahead you want to prepare work.
- If notes are part of your QA process, enable Require notes on work orders so incomplete entries don’t slip through unnoticed.
Quick tools your team will use
- From Tools, quickly create a work order, log parts usage, receive parts, or make inventory adjustments. These shortcuts are handy when you’re catching up records and need to update counts without hunting through multiple screens.
- Use Notes to leave quick messages inside Antero so everyone stays aligned—operators, supervisors, and admins can see context alongside the work.
With Antero mobile sync and admin controls, you choose what goes out to the field, how it comes back, and how clean the data must be before it lands in history. The result is a simpler end-of-day closeout and records that reflect what actually happened.
