I have been with AllMax for 6 years.
What do you love most about your job/working at AllMax?
The people, the challenges. My co-workers are friendly, supportive, and easy to work with. I work in an area that inspires me to learn. I’m constantly learning new things, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally.

How has your role evolved since you joined the team?
My role has changed quite a bit since I joined the team, and I am thankful for the growth and opportunities AllMax has offered me.

I am willing to help wherever needed and to learn new skills and procedures.
What methods do you use to stay motivated and focused?
Practice time management, bring tasks to completion, surround yourself with positive people, and continue to set new goals.
How do you see yourself developing in your role?
I want to continue developing my skills and knowledge to take on more responsibility within the company.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy being outdoors, fishing, sitting by the pool or just having a nice fire with friends and family.
