How long have you been with AllMax?
I officially joined AllMax just a few months ago, but I’ve been working with the team since April of this year.
What do you love most about your job/working at AllMax?
AllMax is the perfect blend of being small enough to operate with common sense and big enough to make a significant impact. The passion in the wastewater industry is contagious, and connecting with our customers helps us understand the importance of our software.
What do you think sets AllMax apart in your field?
AllMax’s long-standing presence in the industry gives us a unique advantage. We’re a trusted name, and leveraging our experience allows us to stand out.
How have you impacted the team’s success?
I bring a history of successful strategies from other companies, adapting them to fit AllMax’s culture. My tireless optimism and belief in our success contribute to the team’s motivation.
What do you think makes you unique as a team member?
I have a laid-back personality, but I’m fiercely competitive. I believe in working hard and succeeding while maintaining a positive and collaborative environment.
What do you think our future looks like as a team?
We have numerous growth opportunities, and I believe we are positioned to become industry leaders.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I’m an avid runner, having completed two marathons and a couple of half-marathons each year. I also love trips with friends, reading, and exploring Oregon’s craft breweries.
Tell us a bit about your family.
I met my wife at UC San Diego, and we’ve been happily married for 15 years. We adopted our 5-year-old daughter from Thailand in December 2021, and our mini-Aussie keeps us just as busy.
What’s a cause that you are passionate about?
Adoption and caring for the entire adoption triad.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
Planning to go back to Thailand in late 2024 with our daughter. It would be our 3rd overall trip. It’s a beautiful country with beautiful people, and we want our daughter to know and love her culture.
Do you follow any sports teams?
The Atlanta Braves are my top team, and I was fortunate enough to attend a game during the 2021 World Series. I also follow the Padres and the Oregon Ducks.
What has been your most meaningful accomplishment so far?
I’ve sung Van Halen’s “Jump” in karaoke bars in six countries and over 10 states.
What’s something surprising that not many people know about you?
My favorite singer is Taylor Swift, and I’ve seen her in concert twice. I plan to attend her concert again in 2024.
