How long have you worked at AllMax?
I have been with AllMax for three months.
What do you love most about your job/working at AllMax?
What I love most about working at AllMax ties into the next question, but to expand on that, I really appreciate the genuine commitment to fostering each person’s individual talents and skills to build a stronger team. Many places talk about continuous growth and improvement, but it’s rare to see true action behind those words. Here, they mean it. Everyone’s unique contributions are valued, and it’s great to be part of a company where this is put into practice every day.
What do you think sets AllMax apart in your field?
What sets AllMax apart is the strong sense of collaboration across every level of the company. Coming from other industries, it’s remarkable to work in an environment where everyone—from entry-level staff to leadership—actively works together toward shared goals. This genuine commitment to teamwork and mutual support is reflected in how we engage with our customers. Because of this, I feel proud to interact with clients, knowing that we’re building authentic, meaningful connections. I can truly stand behind everything I say to our customers.
How has your role evolved since you joined the team?
I joined the team in Technical Support. While I’m still in Tech Support, I now have the opportunity to engage more deeply with our customers by conducting training sessions for our software.
What do you think makes you unique as a team member?
I believe what makes me unique as a team member is my ability to balance keeping things light and fun while maintaining professionalism to meet tasks and goals. I think creating an enjoyable atmosphere boosts morale and engagement, and I aim to carry that through both with my team and with our customers.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy going on walks or hiking (when it’s not in Florida!). I also love teaching Pilates, which has surprisingly become a big passion of mine—especially since I hated working out most of my life. I enjoy traveling, experiencing new cultures, exploring different countries, and wine. My favorite activity, though, is lying in bed with my dogs, reading, playing games, or doomscrolling on my phone. R&R at its finest, right?
What types of books/movies do you enjoy?
I’m surrounded by movie people, so I often find myself saying, “Oh cool, I’ll add it to the list!” anytime someone recommends something. But honestly, I don’t have the attention span to sit through a lot of movies—I prefer reading. I enjoy sci-fi and fantasy, but I also love reading about history. Some of my favorite authors are Brandon Sanderson, Sarah J. Maas, and Pierce Brown.
