It clicked during software training at my previous job. Understanding the complexity and potential of software ignited my passion for the tech industry.

What have been some of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?

Learning from everyone around me has been crucial. The industry’s evolution demands continuous learning and adaptability, striking a balance between embracing new technology and cherishing what works.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Camping or fishing with my soon-to-be 13-year-old daughter and family and indulging in anything sci-fi, be it books, movies, or TV shows. Oh, and I’m a die-hard baseball fan!

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?

I’d love to explore new places, but a trip to the birthplace of baseball, Cooperstown, is high on my list. The history and passion for the game make it a must-visit for any baseball fan.
