Antero calendar and dashboard: plan the week at a glance

Antero calendar and dashboard make planning visual. See scheduled (red) and unplanned (green) work at a glance, drag to change due dates, add events like OOO, and save your layout. Build a dashboard with named, color-coded tiles for the KPIs you track.
Antero calendar and dashboard

Antero calendar and dashboard give you visual ways to plan and monitor work. The calendar shows what’s scheduled and what’s reactive, and the dashboard surfaces key info in tiles you can arrange and color-code—so you can see the week without digging through lists.

Use the calendar to balance the load

  • Highlight the date range you want to view, then choose to see All Work. This pulls everything for the window you selected into one screen.
  • Filter by location to focus quickly (for example, garage or lift stations). When you apply a filter, the calendar only shows the matching work orders.
  • Color cues make status obvious: red indicates scheduled work orders; green indicates unplanned/reactive work orders.
  • Drag and drop a work order to a different day to change its due date. Antero updates the work order automatically when you release it on the new date.
  • Add simple calendar events—like an out-of-office day—so the team has visibility when resources shift.
  • When you like the view you’ve built, save the calendar layout as your default. The next time you open it, your preferred filters and arrangement are ready to go.

Build a practical dashboard

  • Add tiles for the metrics or lists you want to watch. You can name each tile so it’s clear at a glance what you’re tracking.
  • Choose a tile size that fits the importance of the information, and set the header color to make scanning faster during a busy shift.
  • Organize tiles into columns and adjust the background so your layout is easy to read.
  • When you’re happy with the arrangement, save it. Your dashboard opens the way you set it—no rebuilding each time.

With Antero calendar and dashboard, supervisors and techs get a quick read on workload and priorities. You can see what’s scheduled (red), what’s reactive (green), shift due dates by dragging, add visibility with simple events, and keep a clean dashboard of the items you care about—all in a view you control.
