Why start in the grid
The Antero parts grid is the fastest way to see your inventory at a glance. From the dashboard, click the Parts icon. You’ll get a left-hand grid of all parts and a right-hand details panel for the selected part. Click the “show detail panel” toggle to hide it and maximize the Antero parts grid.
Build a layout you actually like
- Drag any column header to group parts by that field (e.g., Equipment Type, Order in Bulk).
- Right-click a column → Show Column Chooser to add fields like Equipment Type or Order in Bulk.
- Click the gear-in-a-box icon → Save as My Layout to make this your default view, so the Antero parts grid opens exactly how you left it.
Find parts fast
Use the ABC search. By default it’s alphanumeric; click the middle “B” slice to search across all fields tied to a part. Type “blades” and watch every related record appear instantly.
Jump between grid and details
Click the grid icon again to bring back the details panel. Use the vertical ribbon to review Suppliers, Equipment associations, Order History, Transfer Parts History, Work History, and the Parts Audit—without leaving the page.
Practical tips
- Keep a “clean” default layout for everyone; power users can save their own personal layouts.
- Group by Warehouse and Area to spot misfiled stock.
- Add Equipment Type to see maintenance-critical parts first.
