Antero work management gives you control from “coming due” to “closed.” From one place, you can create scheduled work orders, preview what’s ahead, distribute assignments, review completions, and move records to history—without leaving the Work Management area. That means less time chasing lists and more time keeping assets running.
A simple flow that matches real plants
- Create Scheduled Work Orders: Generate the items that are due based on your work templates. One click brings new PMs into the queue so today’s list reflects real intervals and priorities.
- Forecast work: Look ahead to see future scheduled work—handy for vacations, shutdowns, or big projects. In recent updates, you can create work orders directly from the forecast, turning planning into action immediately.
- Distribute: Assign by user or maintenance group. You can print or email a link to each work order so techs know exactly what’s on deck and where to find it.
- Move to Review / History: Send completed work to Review for a manager pass, then move it to History. If required fields (like completed date) are missing, Antero work management won’t move it until it’s complete — preventing gaps in your records.
Manager review done right
Open Work Order Review to add missing notes, attach parts, and confirm details before sending items to history. Clean reviews mean better history. In Work History, use saved grid views to quickly filter by technician, date range, or status. You can group and sort the grid for fast checks, and print the grid if you need a hard copy for a meeting or audit.
Tips that speed up week planning
Save a “PM Due Soon” layout in Work Management: filter by next due date, group by maintenance group, and sort by priority. Supervisors can level-load the week in minutes. Keep a second saved view for “Completed This Month” to spot backlogs before month-end.
Optional: use mobile without changing your flow
If you’re using Antero Mobile, the Sync Work Orders buttons in Work Management let you push selected work to the cloud and pull back completions at day’s end. You choose which work orders go out, and finished work returns to the same review/history flow.
Antero work management keeps the cycle tight—plan, assign, complete, review, archive—so nothing gets stuck in limbo.
