Month-end shouldn’t be a scramble. Operator10 septic hauling reports give you two reliable outputs: a received summary and a hauler-specific billing report.
Septic Received report
Pick a date range and generate a formatted list of loads. You’ll see the date/time, hauler, discharge account address, gallons, any recorded pH or conductivity, driver, and receiving operator. Totals at the end show load count and gallons for the period. It’s a clean snapshot for supervisors, directors, or the board.
Billing report per hauler
Set up one billing report per hauler. Add the hauler, contact details, and your price-per-gallon. When you run it, the report lists each load for the period and calculates the balance due. It includes signature lines and exports to PDF so you can send it to finance or directly to the hauler.
Report sets for scale
If you manage several haulers, create a report set that includes each hauler’s billing report. At month-end, run the set once to produce individual PDFs. You get consistent formatting and less manual work.
Why it works
You collect data once at intake, then reuse it for reporting. Operator10 septic hauling reports reduce duplicate entry and keep your outputs uniform. Print the grid if you need something quick; use the built-in reports when you want a professional finish.
Notes
The received report focuses on activity over a date range. The billing report is designed per hauler. If you want a different rollup, talk to the team about options.
